Royal Mail Consider the Channel Islands to be in Europe and not the UK
Recorded delivery outside the UK has a Weight limit of 1000g (1Kg)
All overseas parcels are sent via Royal Mail Air service
Delivery Policy
It is our policy to try to dispatch all orders within 24hours of receipt.
If items are not in stock at the time of ordering we will advise you within 48 hours of the expected delivery time for your order.
We do hold very large stocks but sometimes it may be that your chosen item is out of stock. If items are not in stock at the time of ordering we will advise you within 48 hours of the expected delivery time for your order.
Occasionally some items stocked are discontinued without notification by the manufacturer. In the unlikely event of this occurring RKM WOOLS will advise you of the situation and react according to your instruction.
Having received your order if you wish to return the goods because you have changed your mind, RKM WOOLS will be happy to exchange them but you the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping them back to RKM and for the cost of shipping a replacement.
Books and patterns are non-returnable due to copyright law.
Needles are also non returnable unless faulty.
